REACH is the European Chemicals Law and stands for Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals.

Under REACH, a manufacturer and/or importer bears much of the responsibility for evaluating the use-specific risk presented by a chemical during handling, storage and expected deployment. The information regarding risk is then shared with various end users and stakeholders providing each with pertinent safety information.
